Hello! I'm Zach. I'm 8 years old and I am an elementary sports nut. My dad's weird, but one thing that's great about him is that he's a high school teacher sports nut. I started hockey and it's really fun. This blog is about sports, what I think and don't think about what a good idea is about sports.
Here's an example:
LeBron James. LeBron James threw a water bottle at a water jug. Cups went flying into the air, and the NBA made him owe a $25,000 fine. I don't get why they can do that. Sports celebrities are still people, like everyone else. All he did was get mad. If a guy was eating chips in his basement watching TV and he did the same thing, would the cops knock down his door and say, "You owe a $25,000 fine!"?
See ya later!

I agree with you, Zach. Just because people are professional athletes, it doesn't mean they should be treated differently-- good or bad.
ReplyDeleteFor example: If I threw a water bottle at some cups, would your Mom fine me $25,000? I hope not.
By the way, I love you.
I totally disagree with you and your father, but I think you're one of the coolest people I know. Does that make up for it?
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to hear what you have to write about next!

Sorry, but I agree with your mom. Getting mad and throwing things could hurt someone and people just don't get away with that sort of thing in this day and age. You, however, are smart and awesome and should DEFINATELY keep on questioning these things. There's no such thing as right or wrong. There's only what right for you and wrong for you. Lots of love Zach!!!
